About Jessica Turcotte:
Jessica is the newest member of our team, and is our rug repair technician. Jessica has degrees in criminology for crime scene investigation as well as for funeral directing and embalming. Due to Covid-19, her studies were cut short and she now works on handmade rugs. Repairing selvedge edges (commonly known as binding), interlocking fringe ends and other repairs as needed.

It wasn't needed any more so I decided to try to get it cleaned properly so I could take it home. They did a fabulous job of cleaning and repair (new fringe and binding), so worth the cost, it now looks new.
