The owners had an unfortunate incident with a pen vs rug (we won't point fingers at any kids) and the owners were convinced the rug would be the loser. Thanks to our expert cleaning techniques, not only did we get the ink out but restored the original softness and colors to the rest of the rug as well.

Highly recommended! I had an oriental rug that had been used in a public setting for 25 years and had only ever been cleaned on-site.
